The SPS Group is an norwegian  based shipping and freight forwarding company. It was  founded in 1986 and throughout its history the name has always been synonymous with superior transport and shipping services on a global scale.

We are privately owned, independent of group or equity interests and can therefore maneuver quickly and freely on the market.
We transport all kinds of cargo – also handling of projects and oversized/heavy cargo from many different industries.
The majority of the cargo we handle is shipped on trucks, but also a lot of  seafreight and airfreight shipments. SPS is your partner for multimodal transportations.

1986 the company Scan Nautic Sarpsborg was established, later changed the name of SPS Shipping Partners Sarpsborg
2001the company Magdalena AS was established, with the vessels Maria Magdalena and Regina Magdalena. The company closed in 2013
2002 An office in Tallinn was opened, Ecosped OY. Sold in 2017
2002 Unicargo AS established, sold to DSV in 2008
2006, The company Greåkerveien 27 was established
2009 The company Cargo S established, taken under SPS in 2013
2012 The company GranBaltic SP.ZOO esatblished in Poland, sold to shareholder in 2015
2016 Part-owner of the company Interfreight AS
2017 Part-owner in Sarpsborg Spedition
